application of modified simple equation method to burgers, huxley and burgers-huxley equations
Authors
abstract
in this paper, modified simple equation method has been applied to ob-tain generalized solutions of burgers, huxley equations and combined forms of these equations. the new exact solutions of these equations have been obtained. it has been shown that the proposed method provides a very effective, and powerful mathematical tool for solving nonlinear partial differential equations.

Application of Laplace decomposition method for Burgers-Huxley and Burgers-Fisher equations
In this paper, we apply the Laplace decomposition method to obtain a series solutions of the Burgers-Huxley and Burgers-Fisher equations. The technique is based on the application of Laplace transform to nonlinear partial differential equations. The method does not need linearization, weak nonlinearity assumptions or perturbation theory and the nonlinear terms can be easily handled by using the...

full textF eb 1 99 8 Chiral Solutions to Generalized Burgers and Burgers - Huxley Equations
We investigate generalizations of the Burgers and Burgers-Huxley equations. The investigations we offer focus attention mainly on presenting explict analytical solutions by means of relating these generalized equations to relativistic 1 + 1 dimensional systems of scalar fields where topological solutions are known to play a role. Emphasis is given on chiral solutions, that is, on the possibilit...
full textNumerical Solution of Burgers-Huxley Equation using Improved Nodal Integral Method
In this paper, a numerical scheme for solution of Generalized Burgers-Huxley equation using improved Nodal integral method (MNIM) is proposed. In this approach, the domain is divided into nodes and the derivation of the scheme is based on local transverse integration process (TIP) of PDEs within these nodes. A set of algebraic equations, based on the local analytical solution of ODEs obtained b...
